EXCHANGE & RETURN

We facilitate returns or exchanges exclusively for items that deviate from the ordered size or exhibit any quality defects. All return requests must be initiated within 7 days of purchase. Regrettably, we are unable to accommodate refunds or exchanges beyond this period.

Should you receive a product that does not align with the ordered size or manifests damage/defects, kindly notify WestStyle Pakistan within 48 hours of receipt. Please provide visual documentation by sharing snapshots via WhatsApp: +92 370 7412249 or Instagram: @weststyle.pk or on email: weststylequeries@gmail.com product will be dispatched within 7 working days, with customers expected to hand over the original product to the designated delivery personnel.

For returns, customers are required to courier the product back in its original packaging, ensuring tags remain intact.

Upon receipt of the parcel, refunds will be processed to the customer's bank account or through Easy Paisa within 3 days.
