REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

At WestStyle, customer satisfaction is our priority & it's important to us. We follow a fair and transparent Refund & Exchange Policy in line with ethical business practices.

ELIGIBLE CASES FOR REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

Refunds are only applicable if the customer receives:

  • Wrong color
  • Different article than ordered
  • Damaged product

In such cases, the issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery along with clear photos or videos as proof.

CHANGE OF MIND POLICY

We encourage customers to ask all necessary questions and carefully review product details, images, and descriptions before placing an order. If the product delivered is correct in color, design, and condition, and the customer wants to return it due to personal preference or change of mind, the request will not be accepted.

 

📌 Please note: As per Islamic business ethics, returns without a valid defect or mistake after agreement and delivery are generally discouraged. Therefore, WestStyle does not accept "change of mind" returns.

EXCHANGE POLICY

  • Exchanges are allowed only for the same product type you received (size, color, or design variation, if applicable).
  • A PKR 230 shipping charge will apply for exchange handling.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with packaging.

REFUND PROCESSING TIME

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed within 7 working days.
  • Refunds are issued after successful verification of the claim.

PAYMENT METHODS FOR REFUNDS

We process refunds through:

  • All Bank Accounts ( Meezan Bank, HBL, United Bank, etc.)
  • E-Wallets ( EasyPaisa, JazzCash, SadaPay, NayaPay, etc.)

IMPORTANT NOTES

  • Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
  • Sale or discounted items may not be eligible for refund or exchange unless defective or incorrect.
