I order two bags. First if all size is too big due to which it doesn't look good. They use 2 different color of fabric and the color of mini pouch is completely different. Very disappointed
Starting from the bag. The fabric is good and satisfying but size of bag is quite huge.It's not convenient to carry on daily basis. Additionally the fabric is too soft that you can not carry the bag empty or with a few things . I wanted to return it but the customer service is really poor. They don't respond to emails neither pick calls.I'm really disappointed and would never shop from here again.
